In-person EMDR in Charlottesville.

A private office for UVA students, teens, young adults, and women in Charlottesville and the communities around it.

Who this office is for

UVA students, teens, young adults, and women in Charlottesville.

If campus counseling is full, too brief, or just not the right fit, this is a private practice that can go to the root. Everyone here gets the same room, the same pace, and the same honesty.

  • UVA college students

Academic pressure, identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships — therapy that fits between classes, labs, and real life.

  • Teens nearby

High school stress, social pressure, and trauma, in a space that's theirs. Parents are involved at intake and as clinically appropriate.

  • Young adults

The years after high school or college: work, relationships, identity, and patterns you can see but can't seem to break.

  • Women's issues

Anxiety, trauma, relationship wounds, self-worth, and the leftover weight of trying to hold everything together.

Surrounding communities welcome — Albemarle County, Crozet, Ivy, Earlysville, Keswick, and nearby. Telehealth if the drive isn't realistic that week. See specialties →

In Person Office

A room you can walk into. Work that still goes to the root.

Telehealth still covers New Jersey, Virginia, and North Carolina. If you're in Charlottesville — especially if you're at UVA — you can also sit down in the same room.

Same EMDR. Same honest pace. No waiting-room theater. Just a closed door and someone who will tell you the truth.
